University of NSW - Roundhouse Outdoor Area
The UNSW Roundhouse tired outdoor area demanded a re-design and renovation.
We incorporated custom built timber screens and large format paving to define the space. Bench seating and contemporary outdoor furniture provided a fun place for students to meet and relax.
Bold feature planters were used throughout the courtyard to add strong focal points. Large white round planters planted with architectural Yucca plants act as feature points throughout the space, while giant cube planters planted with mature shrubs act as an interesting screening design feature.
